98rp accepts deposits from all major Indonesian banks including but not limited to BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and betting market. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority. In cases of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless specified otherwise in market-specific rules. 98rp reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement, where odds were displayed incorrectly due to technical error, or where suspicious betting patterns suggest match-fixing or insider knowledge.
All casino games including slots, live casino, table games, and specialty games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer studios that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game rules and paytables are accessible within each game. Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps may apply to specific games or bonus play. Any attempt to manipulate or cheat casino games using software, bots, or exploits will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Lottery games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) are settled based on official draw results from authorized lottery operators. In cases of suspension or termination for cause, 98rp may withhold account balances pending investigation, and balances may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.

Players may request self-exclusion periods ranging from 1 month to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is completely locked and the player cannot deposit, wager, or access the platform. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98rp is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
